Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notice via email, containing tracking information. This will allow you to easily monitor the progress of your package. Please remember to check your spam/junk folder if you don’t find the email in your inbox.
Typically, tracking events should start appearing within 48-96 hours after you receive the tracking number/ID. The delay is due to the fact that in most cases, the initial tracking events become visible only after the shipment has been handed over to the local facility.
Please be aware that certain carriers may take longer to update the tracking information, especially for orders like t-shirts, posters, canvas, or mugs.
We completely understand how frustrating it can be to not receive real-time updates on your order’s whereabouts. During peak seasons, it’s not uncommon for packages to be shipped without immediate tracking information.
