When can I expect to receive my order?
Rest assured, we work tirelessly around the clock to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.
For orders within the Philippines, the total processing and shipping time usually takes 7-14 business days. International orders typically take 15-30 business days for delivery, barring any unforeseen postal issues. For more detailed information, please consult our Shipping and Delivery page.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notice via email, containing tracking information. This will allow you to easily monitor the progress of your package. Please remember to check your spam/junk folder if you don’t find the email in your inbox.
My tracking number isn't functioning properly.
Typically, tracking events should start appearing within 48-96 hours after you receive the tracking number/ID. The delay is due to the fact that in most cases, the initial tracking events become visible only after the shipment has been handed over to the local facility.
Please be aware that certain carriers may take longer to update the tracking information, especially for orders like t-shirts, posters, canvas, or mugs.
Why is there no movement in my order tracking?
We completely understand how frustrating it can be to not receive real-time updates on your order’s whereabouts. During peak seasons, it’s not uncommon for packages to be shipped without immediate tracking information. However, please rest assured that we are committed to delivering your package within the specified timeframe.
There are various reasons for the lack of tracking updates, including weather incidents, customs clearance procedures, or carrier backlogs, among others.
