How to Place an Order

Shopping with us is easy and hassle-free! Follow these simple steps to place your order:

1. Browse Our Products

  • Click on the shop page on the navigation menu to view all our products.

2. Select a Product

  • Choose the product you wish to view.
  • Alternatively, Use the Search Bar at the top of all products quickly by entering keywords or product names.
  • Select your desired product by clicking Select Options.

3. Add to Cart

  • Pick your desired size using the size guide available on the product page.
  • Click the Add to Cart button to include your selected item. You’ll be automatically redirected to the cart page.
  • Once the View Cart button appears, click it to be redirected to your cart page.

4. Adjust Quantity

  • On the cart page, you can:
    • Increase quantity: Use the arrow up to add more of the same item.
    • Decrease quantity: Use the arrow down to reduce quantities or remove an item from your cart.

5. Add More Items

  • Want to add more products? Click on the navigation menu, return to the Shop, and repeat steps 1-4 for additional items.

6. Proceed to Checkout

  • Once ready, click Checkout to proceed.
  • Log in to your account or check out as a guest by filling out the required information.
  • To speed up future orders, you can tick the box for Save this information for next time.

7. Choose Payment Options

  • Pick one of our accepted Payment Options:
    • G-Cash
    • Direct Bank Transfer
    • PayPal
  • After selecting, click Complete Order to finalize your purchase.

8. Verify Your Order

Once your order is verified, we’ll process it and deliver it directly to your doorstep. We’ve made the process simple and detailed to ensure a smooth experience for you.

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our Track Your Order page.

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us immediately via our Facebook page or email us at inquiry@basketballhubph.com. Once the order is processed, modifications may not be possible.

  • Domestic(Outside Metro Manila): 5 to 10 business days
