At BasketballHubPH, we want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we offer a generous 30-day return policy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply let us know within 30 days of receiving your item.

Please keep in mind that each customer is entitled to one return or exchange per order. All return or exchange costs will be shouldered by the buyer, except in the case of a damaged product.

Damages and Issues

Refunds

We exclusively process refunds for damaged or out-of-stock items. However, we do facilitate returns or exchanges for instances such as incorrect sizing due to a change of mind. Kindly initiate a refund request by emailing us at inquiry@basketballhubph.com. Upon receipt of your request, we will promptly notify you of its status, including approval or otherwise. Approved refunds will be automatically processed based on your original payment method within the specified time frames

  • For Credit Cards, please allow up to 3 business days for us to process your refund, with the amount reflected in your account within 15 business days.
  • For Debit Cards, the refund processing time is up to 3 business days, and it may take up to 45 business days for the amount to be visible in your account.
