However, it’s important to note that in cases where the error was made on your end, such as selecting the wrong size, design, or color, we generally do not accept returns.

Refunds for Flawed or Incorrect Products

Your satisfaction is our utmost priority, and we are fully committed to replacing any flawed or inaccurately represented products. Kindly include a photo of the product along with any relevant detailed shots. Our dedicated customer service team will thoroughly review your claim, and if approved, we will provide a replacement free of charge. Should you have any other requests, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at the same email, and we’ll handle your claim accordingly.

Late or Missing Refunds

In the event that you have not yet received your refund, we recommend first checking your bank account and then contacting your credit card company. Sometimes there might be a slight processing delay before the refund is officially posted. Sale Items Policy

Please be aware that we do not offer refunds for sale items. Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.

Exchanges for Defective or Damaged Items

Should you receive a defective or damaged product, fret not, as we will gladly replace it. To initiate the exchange process, please email us at inquiry@basketballhubph.com , sales@basketballhubph.com, and we’ll guide you through the necessary steps. Once our customer service team reviews and approves your claim, we will provide you with a return address.

Gifts Policy

If the item you received was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a gift certificate to you. If the item was not marked as a gift or the gift giver had the item shipped to themselves, they will receive the refund and be notified of your return.

Shipping Policy

If your claim is approved, we will provide you with the return address. Please be aware that you are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item. Unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable. In the case of a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total amount. The time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
